This is a group designed to teach people 18 and above self defense skills. I will teach you physical, verbal and mental self defense techniques. Adults interested in feeling safer while out and about, those who want to feel secure in knowing they can handle tough situations and those wanting to have fun while learning a valuable skill are encouraged to join.
